Mandara Hut at 2,700m is the first hut camp on the Marangu Route. Set within beautiful cloud forest, the camp consists of wooden A-frame huts that sleep 6-8 people each. A short detour leads to Maundi Crater, offering views of Mawenzi peak and the plains below.
